I remember, that LLE can fix problems such as this.
Hi. I have problem in Skyward Sword in the forest tempe. I can't pass the eye in there. I now i must do a circle, but i do too small and the eye does not respond. I use this controls :

here is dolphin with all configurated for keyboard and mouse..

hold left click an move the mouse where you want to swing the sword

to flight the bird mode the mouse up and down to go up and down
and in the directional botons right and left to go left and right..
x is a boton

shake is y..

Hi! I have a problem in SS, i've made it o the place where i have to remove the sword in a small cave, just after Zelda falls into the black tornado

i pitch forward, i press A and i'm ready to pull it out but i can't find any way to pull it out, i have to make the controller point the ground (-Z) and then go backwards, just like if i was removing an actual sword, please help! I'll keep experimenting with the MPE configuration to see if i get any luck.

the config you have tested is old..imagine that...hahahha...ahhh,,i can use all atacks with sword..this config is precursor for the dolphin build..why yours not..?you have the answer..we talk...bye
