Speaking from experience, just passing these problem areas via other people's saves is not a fix, you're going to run into many other motion plus issues as time goes on. You're better off just figuring out how to properly configure the controls. If you still have issues, reread the thread as all game issues were answered at one time or another.
Ok, you're right. Thank you for your time anyway.

Being unable to move the pointer accurately cannot really be fixed for what I know. You'll need to bypass the four or five situations where you need it, either by trying a few times or by using save states.
the three eyes in the first temple, to get past them i had to clear my desk off and do large circles with my mouse. make sure your on top of the box and its close enough.
Only thing i've gotten stuck on is the mine cart in the sand ocean area. been taking a break for past couple days so haven't found a work around yet.
other problems I've run into :
using the air blowing device (forget name):
Had to assign an additional "A" button, button on mouse would not let me aim it properly, assign an additional "A" button fix this. this can be used for the slingshot also.
Harp and Skyward strike
Turning on "upright wii remote" is a fast work around for these i can do the harp perfectly with this on.
Also don't be afraid to change the gyro and other options up or down (between 100 or 500) if it is not responsive enough.
Ok, I managed to get through. I set all IR Sensitivity, Gyro Sensitivity, Acc Range and Gyro Range to 500, and did it even on 1080p fullscreen.
Also, I somehow found out by moving the metal crate that I had to get the three eyes dizzy simultaneously. Until now I was trying to beat each one separately.

Ah okay, that explains a lot ;P because it's not really any more difficult than the single ones.

mmh pic don't work. oh well here is the screen "Point the Wii remote at the screen, and move "pic of hand" to the center.
Heya. I'm trying to play Skyward Sword with an Xbox 360 controller via emulated motion plus but for some reason it won't let me get into the game and after the first screen just says "Connect the Wii Remote and Nunchuk to the Wii MotionPlus accessory. Next, wait a few moments without touching the Control Stick." (See the attachment.) Would you guys mind helping me out with this?
My setup is as follows:
1) Downloaded latest version of 64-bit Dolphin.
2) Downloaded latest 64-bit emulated motion plus binaries then pasted them into the Dolphin folder and overwrote the ones that were already in there.
3) In Options -> Wiimote Settings the 1st Wiimote is set as "Emulated Wiimote" while the others are set as "None". Device is set as "XInput/0/Gamepad" (which is my Xbox 360 controller) for the 1st Wiimote, and the config loaded is one of a variety of Xbox 360 configs I found in this thread and elsewhere on these forums (
#1,
#2,
#3,
#4), all of which do not work. MotionPlus is of course always checked.
I should note that although my Xbox 360 controller doesn't work, I am able to use MotionPlus with my mouse and keyboard. However, I'd much rather use my Xbox 360 controller as I'm sure you can imagine. But yeah, just thought I'd mention that in case it might be relevant somehow.
Help!? :(
P.S.: Sorry if this question has already been answered. I didn't feel like reading 160+ pages to find out whether or not it had been. Search function proved fruitless, unfortunately.
@el3ctr0nika You just need to open the Wiimote config window while the game flashes the first screen, uncheck and re-check the WM+ square, and the game will instantly work.
While the game is running, uncheck and recheck the motion plus box.
