I also play tha PAL version, maybe that's the key (my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit).
I've put the files in the folder but for some reason it still doesn't register. I tried with keyboard/mouse, and gamepad (which it didn't even recognize mapped buttons at all). I am at a loss on how to successfully get this working at all. I know people have got this to work but I just don't see how it just "worked".

Which files did you associate?

Is it because I have the PAL version?
Shouldn't, plus there is a option under config to force PAL to NTSC
@Havikk Even by forcing to NTSC-J under configuration I can't avoid the warning screen. I don't know, maybe I'll try to get a NTSC Skyward Sord.

I'm running the latest version of Dolphin, and I have downloaded the latest WM+ emulation mod (12/8/11, 64-bit) form the first post. I run the WM+ emulator, config my control scheme (Wiimote + Nunchuck), save it and, when I start Skyward Sword (European PAL version), the game stays in the very first screen, saying that I have to connect my WiiMotion+ adapter. I wonder what I'm doing wrong.
Also, I've seen in several screenshots around the post that, within the Wiimote configuration screen of the Dolphin emulator, some "MotionPlus Fast" option appears. Well, not in mine, so I also wonder if I need to run another version of the MotionPlus mod insted of the latest one.
Thank you in advantage.
I had to register to say this
I had the same problem but i founf out the solution by chance.
When you configure your WiiMote, you see on the right a box called "Options". Yours is checked with "WiiMote Plus". Un-check that one and check "Background Input"
Now it wroked for me

I'm sorry, i didn't mean to say "uncheck that one" . So have both background input and wiimote plus checked!
Now, i have a problem that the pointer is wierd

. Like it's very unsensitive and slow. I tried to make it have higher sens. but it didn't make a difference.

Tried this still doesn't recognise my WiiMotionPlus.
Is there a certain Dolphin build I should be using?
Or if someone could upload a working Dolphin build that runs this game?
ok, I got a problem here. I want to try using the 360 controller since my bluetooth is at the back of the computer and my wiimotion plus is having problem playing the game smoothly.
Anyway, I used the newest dolphin build on this thread and used the 360 profile but I still can't get pass the connect nunchuk part... advice?
