I'm using the latest one and everything is working fine. Did you move the 4 files from the motion plus download into the folder with the dolphin? and did you set up controls, the default controls aren't set up so you will always get this error. page 63 has good xbox controls that can do everything but bird.

To install, go into wii controls and save a profile, then go into user/config/profiles/wii and save the code over text in the notepad.

I can do everything but Bird and roll bombs and im working on that now

Move: A,S,W,D
attack: left click + Mouse movements
B: RIGHT CLICK
Lock: Lshift
Douse: LCTRL
Thrust sword: space

rest of the buttons are caps lock, and tab, 1, and 2 and D-PAD is the arrow keys



ground roll: running + E
Finishing move (spiders in first dungeon) : Q+E
Swing: small circles with mouse
Skyward strike: Draw sword + move mouse forward (its not perfect and will take a couple tries, i usually hold down Lshift while doing it seems to help)

To confuse the eyes in the first dungeon do big circle with mouse with sword drawn.
Most of the options that you put in the Code section do not appear in my Wiimote configuration screen.

For example,

A lot of options won't show untill you combine the wii motion plus files with the dolphin files.

also wasn't done with my previous post when it posted lol, wish i could edit or delete stuff, whats up with the lack of forum controls.

You have everything i have.


Try this:

1.Save a profile in the wii remote setup
2. go into the directory: (folder your dolphin is saved in) > user > config > profiles > wiimote
3.open the profile with a text document
4.Delete everything in there
5.paste in the code on this post into the profile (updated can roll/throw bombs)
6.Close and save

And your done! Just start up dolphin and load the profile then play Have fun!

To Roll or throw bombs Hit R once they are in position.(use mouse up or down to put them in position)
To swing on a vine do small circles with mouse


To roll while you run hit Q
To jump attack while running hit E

only thing so far this doesn't do is control the bird perfectly. if you get stuck on bird race use the save state in post #1 of this thread

Hope this helps and saves other people a lot of time doing controls, and money from buying a wiimote (though you should)

The config above your post can do a spinning sword attack

Hold A and mouse left or right + q

You can also go into Nunchuck config and under Shake set all three (X,Y,Z) to the same button this will give you the ability to do a spin attack.

In mine i set them all 3 to Q.

Controls are:

W,A,S,D to move
Left shift to lock on
Mouse movement + Left mouse button to attack
Space to thrust your sword
HoldLeft mouse button to run
Right mouse button to equip slingshot (Hold this to switch weapons)
Left Mouse button to fire sling shot once you have it equipped (any weapon)

2 for Map
1 for secondary items
TAB for inventory
Caps for hints
Q+E for finishing move/ super spin move
E to equipped shield and to shield bash once its equipped

To Roll or throw bombs Hit R once they are in position.(use mouse up or down to put them in position)
To swing on a vine do small circles with mouse


To roll while you run hit Q
To jump attack while running hit E

only thing so far this doesn't do is control the bird perfectly. if you get stuck on bird race use the save state in post #1 of this thread

Hope this helps and saves other people a lot of time doing controls, and money from buying a wiimote (though you should)

@Havikk I've done so and the game doesn't work. It still stays in the very first screen asking me to connect both WM+ and Nunchuk... I don't really see what I'm doing wrong.
Did you load the profile? it will still be default when you load dolphin after. If you did then i have no idea i've tested my instructions and its worked for me.
