Can anyone give a download for the profile of the shown 360 controller layout in the opening post?
Also as I can't find an edit button, anyone know why the game isn't going past the motion plus screen?

Not really enough info for me to guess your problem.

if you have a 64 system you will need this stuff.

I think this is latest version of default Dolphin

http://www.emucr.com/2012/01/dolphin-git-30-362.html

EmuCR-Dolphin-3.0-362-x64.zip

install it in what ever folder you make for it, I think it makes its own.

then get John Peterson's latest version, I think this is it.

Dolphin_x64_2012-01-05_11-38.zip I forget where I got this one.

and install it, and let it over write what ever it need to in the folder where EmuCR-Dolphin-3.0-362-x64.zip was extracted.

that should get you going.

John Peterson build does not have every file & folder in it, so some are needed from the latest version to make a complete installation.

Dolphin is not that big actually so I have many builds installed, and you can run which ever one you want just by going to its folder, and clicking on the dolphin.exe in that folder.

as to 360 configs There all through this thread, some have modified kaicooper's, and post as original, but is pretty obvious when you look at them there just modifications, but some are improvements, most controller configs like mine are variations of his.

But sense mine is not a 360 controller, I don't post the config, just the image of how I have it set up. I think is posted on like page 142 of this thread.

kaicooper's has an inherent problem if left alone for to long the IR will again try to find itself, seems to take like 5 min.'s of idle time.

I have tried other peoples configs, I have many installments of the game, but they don't seem to work as well for me as the original kaicooper set up. I have my re center on my lower right shoulder key, to bring my sight back if it run's off screen, and that does pretty well for me. The pirate ship main boss was a pain, but I got him.

- yes, i nave this trouble too! I can't type Link's name and i can't pull the cursor at the right lower corner to press "OK"-button! I'm using Dolphin_x64_2011-12-08_ 9-12 build and trying to change numbers like in the 1-st page instruction - nothing helps!

Try to move the joystick "gently" (and as if it were a real wiimote) and it should work quite fine
For the IR cursor, you have to disable IR (press a key bound to "hide") and control it using the gyro keys, which have a very low sensitivity ("Range" about 5 or so). That works somewhat, although it drifts a bit.

About the bird game; yeah, it's difficult. I have some controls which work okay for the bird:

Use two keys for left and right; I'll call them 4 and 5. Bind those to "Roll left" and "Roll right", range 100. Use two keys for up and down, I'll call them G and V. Bind those to "pitch forward" and "pitch backward", Range 100. Use a modifier key (I use H) which you bind to "Gyro Range 1" and set the Range of that to 5.

Then, you can control left/right by pressing 4 and 5, and you can gain altitude by pressing G and V in alternating order. You can pitch the nose of the bird by holding H and then pressing G and V (setting the range to 5 will prevent the bird from flapping its wings).

The "taget game" will still be difficult, use save states.
Well I decided to use M&K since it works fine. But does anyone know how to make the mouse and cursour 1 to 1 or is it impossible?

I really don't want to look through 100 pages to find it. As the one on the front page got it slightly better but it's still off.

i still have problems too. i just dunno how to fix it. turning IR off doesnt help neither
Well I can't beat the sky race due to the game's wii mote cursor not being 1 to 1 and the Bird just flys straight down or refused to turn.

So I downloaded the save file that is just after the race. How do you use it?
