This may have been in other posts before, but I really need your help with this.

I'm using the recommended settings in my Dolphin last 3.0 revision, but everytime I defeat the first boss in the game, when I take the portal, the screen goes solid gray and eventually the game hangs.

Nevertheless, it's not like the game HANGS, FPS are still running stable, also VPS and SPEED, so I really don't know how to call it.

I tried disabling ZTP Hack, different audio settings, enable "Item Hang" patch, even try my savestate in other revisions, but nothing works, the game hangs in there and there is no solution Dodgy

What I think could work, is, if someone has a savestate right after defeating this boss, I could use it in order to follow the game.

My specs are above the recommended by the way, and I'm using the PAL version of the game.

Oh, I forgot I'm using 32-bit version of the emulator

Here are pics of my config: (They are in spanish but the order to compare it's the same, and YES I'm using panic handlers)

Provide a savefile before the boss and I'll see what I can do Wink
Hello LordVador thanks for answering, here is the savefile, you must unrar it in \User\StateSaves, then after running the game, try to load the state in slot 1 or 2 (it's the same one) and you will appear right after you kill the first boss, grab the additional heart, and then see what you can do about the hang.

I tried to move the save states into a 64-Bit version of the emu, but it crashes, so I think you should try this with a 32-Bit version despite your OS.

StateSaves won't work. You'll have to use MC. You can convert your Zelda file into .gci via the MC Manager
Try LLE.
Hi both of you, what do you mean by converting the "Zelda file" ? and what does that converter exactly do? I've never heard of it so I would like an explanation Smile

About LLE, I don't know if you mean Recompiler, or the other option, but I remember none of them working for my problem, besides, with Recompiler the game does not even start because a file (gamecube bios or something like that) could not be found.

Anyway here's a link to the GC files:

A copy of your MC will do the job too it's perfect. I'm gonna try this
Try this Big Grin
[attachment=6899]

Use the MC manager : select your MC, import the .gci file (you'll need to unzip it first) and play
Hi LordVador, I really don't know what is the MC Manager, where should I download it or what it does?
Can you please explain to me what is the file you just linked to me ?
And also a link to the MC Manager?

Please, so much, salutes!
I got cutscenes through and made a save for you. You don't need to download anything just do that :
1- Start Dolphin
2- Go into "Tools"
3- Choose "MemCard Manager"
4- Browse your MC
5- Click on "Import GCI"
6- Indicate where the .gci file is
7- Close "MemCard Manager"
8- Start the game
9- Choose the savefile
10- And hurry up to jump on the boat Big Grin
