So i tried to play wind waker on the emulator and in the menus the speed is 98%-100% but when i actually start playing it drops to 58%-60%
could someone please post some settings to use which will increase the speed

OS: Windows XP Home Premium, 32-Bit - SP3
CPU: AMD phenom 8650 triple core,2.30 GHz
GPU: ATI Raedon HD 4800 series
RAM: 3.25GB of RAM

There's your problem. You need a better cpu, period.

Your computer just isn't powerful enough to play the game man. I tried Wind Waker on an older PC with similar hardware. Terrible fail.
