I was having the same issue but i fixed it by doing this: Conect just the wiimote+ (without nunchuck conected) and initiate the game. Than, the game asks you to conect the nunchuck (original or 3rd, depends on you, since it works) so, just plug it, and there it is, the game starts well...
Remember, this just work if the error is "conect Nunchuck", not "wiimotion plus AND nunchuck".
If you having issues with "Wiimote not conected" probably this means that your bluethoot conection has having some problem, so i recomend you to use bluesoleil, works fine to me.
