Force texture ON won't let you see the movies correctly, right ?

I use: 2 Controller PS2 for play with my friend's! Work fine
Resolutions: 524x480 (fine) 800x600 (fine) 1024x768 (good) internal 1280x800 (lag + but some places work fine!)
Video: OpenGL
my specs is the of my sign!

for me..never got any lags..its just great and always FPS 60..ur cpu not that strong to handle Dolphin games

Yet I see that my machine runs many services in other games that contain errors or more powerful or run!

I'm so happy!

Mine is always FPS 60 but there is some slowdown. Is that normal? I am really confused as to how it does not dip in FPS if I see slowdown in the game.

Also, I experienced something really strange. When I was testing out different settings and switching render methods they both worked. After playing with DX9 and trying to go back to 11 there were weird lines and colors everywhere.

At first I never changed the internal resolution even though I set my window at full HD. Resolutions were crisp. Then I changed the internal resolution to Auto (window) and things looked the same. I changed back to the default 1x Native and everything was blocky. What gives? How can I use the default internal res, have good results then change it with comparable results, then go back to it default and have everything look low res? I am positive I did not alter the setting when I first started. There is not mistaking that.
^^ u tried last rev? 3.0 201

Yes, I have the latest revision. Excellent program. The slowdown is not terrible, in the least, it is just confusing. I am also running the 64 bit version for windows.
first off all try disble force texture
and make just like i said in first page

it should work 100% without any slow downs bro...its strange!!
