There is a working link somewhere in this (long) thread to the Toshiba download but beware it is a 30 day trial. This will allow you to test it and if it works you can purchase it.

To get the hardware ID, go into device manager, locate your bluetooth dongle (should have the default MS driver installed I would assume). Right-click on it, select properties. Select the details tab, then select "hardware id" from the dropdown. It will give you the PID & VID of your device.
Will this work for onboard bluetooth on an asus p8p67 pro?
While it at first found the TR wiimote with the toshiba stack, it couldn't connect. I then tried again and now it just says "detection of remote device failed" instantly when trying to search for it. When hitting "pair up" in dolphin it just says "No supported bluetooth device found, only the microsoft bluetooth stack is supported".

Great. But yeah I can't even get a new connection working with the toshiba stack now, anyone else got this problem? I already added my hardware ID to the inf file.

It's called tosrfusb.inf if you mean that.

Did you get the driver to instal? I added my hardware id at (%TosrfUsb.DeviceDesc150%=TosrfUsb_Device,)
but the driver still wont install

So where exactly do I enter my BT dongles id at in the ini file? There are many ids already there. I tried replacing one with my dongles id but the driver still wont install.
The driver seemingly installed, and as I said it found the remote the first time but now it just says "detection of remote device failed"
To avoid a 30 day trial, you might want to check the following Toshiba stack, as it's the one I use and I don't have to deal with a 30 day trial.
http://www.sitecom.com/download/4791/toshiba_8.htm
If required, you can extract the files and edit the tosrfusb.inf file located in the data.cab file, which is located in both the x32 and x64 subfolder, before starting the installation.
If that doesn't work, you could try copying the files manually over an existing trial installation.

Please note that this driver's license might prohibit usage for your specific device, check this for your device before installing.

Make sure you follow the instructions properly. If the device is already listed in the bluetooth manager, then right click on it and choose connect. A dialog box should pop up. Press 1+2 on the Wii mote until the lights flash. When they stop flashing, click OK in the dialog box. You have to do this as soon as the lights stop flashing. The device should connect, and the updated version of Dolphin that xoppa posted (or you can build yourself) should detect the Wii mote. Make sure you don't start Dolphin until the device is connected.

Changing the inf file worked for me. Thank you.

If you need to find your device ID, plug in your USB adapter and let Windows install it. Next, go to Device Manager, right click on the bluetooth driver and select properties. Go to the details tab and set the dropdown menu to "Hardware IDs". You will see your device's ID there.

Then it's just a matter of adding the line to the inf file.
