I'd still like to know where you guys are getting this stack. I search for it and all I get is either one I can't use because it's not toshiba hardware or a hotfix I can't use.

Is there an equivalent inf file for widcomm? I see quite a few but I'm not quite sure which one to use.

Eh what? You posted this right after somebody posted a tutorial to get it fully working. I'm confused now. Is this problem solved now, can we use the wiimote normally now?

Dont pay any attention to me. I was a little hung over when I wrote that. There does appear to be a solution. Im trying it myself now but Im not getting very far.

I'm not able to use the Toshiba stack either. It never recognizes my USB adapter (MediaLink MUA-BA3). I'm considering going to best buy to pick up a Wii Play Motion instead since those might still be the old model.

I had the same issue too. Read a few threads up about adding your device to the toshiba usb .inf file. Once you do this, you should be able to get your dongle recognized.

My Notebook has just a internal bluetooth. Could anyone tell me which one of the drivers in "program files or program files (x86))\Bluetooth Toshiba Stack\Drivers" i have to edit ?

Could someone who has successfully done this write a small, complete, tutorial for the rest of us?

Open the ini file, and add an entry for your device in the file. For completion I added to both standard and amd64 section for both 32bit and 64 bit drivers. Example:

%TosrfUsb.DeviceDesc150%=TosrfUsb_Device, USB\VID_0a5c&PID_2198

At the bottom of the file you can set the matching description. I just set:

TosrfUsb.DeviceDesc150 = "Bluetooth USB Controller"

The bluetooth driver installation part will fail during setup. You need to then modify the file, and try to launch the toshiba bluetooth manager which should then attempt to reinstall the driver, and it should detect it properly this time.

I should have been more specific. The ID's mentioned (VID_0a5c&PID_2198) are specifically for the medialink MUA-BA3 model. That is the dongle I am using.

So do you have to somehow find out the ID for the dongle you're using? I'm using some no name product. :/ Also can somebody who got it working post a link to the toshiba stack they are using? One I found doesn't even start to install, just goes "error: unsupported device" even when the dongle isn't plugged in.
