Vbeam is already activated (didn't know there was a context menu when you right-click on a game!) and per-pixel lightning disabled. I'm using D3D9 like I said before... nevermind, this isn't that bad.

Sorry, I didn't find how to edit my previous post... I found a solution! I just activated "Enable Audio Throttle"! Now, when there is some little drop of framerate, the sound doesn't stutter anymore and it's totally fine for me! I'm using LLE recompiler (with HLE there is some annoying reverb).
