Hi, I just bought a new macbook pro and i have the hard drive partitioned for both os X lion and windows 7 64 bit. I was wondering if there is a performance impact running windows 7 vs mac and which would be faster and most compatable.
I mainly use the mac partition so it would be convenient for me to have it on mac instead of pc (booting takes some time).
Specs:
Intel core 2 duo 2.4ghz
2gb 1067 ddr3
9400m gt 256mb

hey hey hey, i got the macbook for a steal on ebay and they are decent because of the portability. Theres the pros and cons, for example i can't play battefield 3
I still haven't seen you mention any pros for owning a macbook. Portability is something that all laptops have.
Win 7 will run dolphin faster and will have less issues, just like SS said.

But with that hardware, you won't get much speed....
