Well you said Twilight Princess and Donkey Kong Country Returns worked fine and that the disc is in good shape so I have no clue of what can be wrong here.
Obviously you have a correct DVD drive that can read/rip Wii games no doubt about that.
Too bad you don't have a Wii, it would have been much easier just dumping the game with that then verify that the game is faulty free.
You're absolutely sure there is nothing wrong with the game even with a real Wii? Even tough the game/disc is in good shape I have seen stuff like this before, mainly DVD movies but still.
