I am running Dolphin 3.0. The statesave/lod feature does not work with the function keys -- only by using the menu.
Any ideas?

Intel quad core 2.4Ghz
Nvidia 9800 GTX+
2 GB RAM
XP SP3 32 bit

deactivate numlock?
enable background input in controller setup?
dont know ...
