However I wouldn't mind playing the ones for SNES, they look really good in it's full 2D glory.
Try them if you can. FFIV & FFV are good games. FFVI is a pearl

. Btw there are PSX versions of these games

I've sadly never played the original Lufia, but Lufia 2 has filled many, many hours of my life. Amazing game, really is. It's so sad that so few knows about them.

I will have a look to this sequel. Is it gonna be the same thing as FFX-2 was for FFX? It was the first FF to have a "real" sequel. It was fine to play with known characters unfortunately we couldn't play with Lulu anymore

. Grandia? I played the first one on PSX great game yeah
Started hardcore playing the Lunar Complete series for the PSX again today after all my playthroughs with Lufia 1 & 2 the last couple of days.
Going for complete perfect saves this time and got damn it what I love good lenghty RPGs, last time I played Lunar 1 and 2 I got a combined total of hours of 120+ hours on my savefiles.
So far I'm only 8-9 hours into Lunar 1 and there's a huge amount left, it really feels like an adventure and not just a game that takes 10 hours to complete.
My old old Lufia saves had 80+ hours spent, it takes time leveling up to 99 and collecting stuff.
After Lunar and a couple of days I already look forward to Super Mario RPG, heck I might even do a little Fallout 2 while I'm at it.
was losing interest in new gen rpg, thankfully it is reignited with the advent of Xenoblade, that's what modern RPG should be.
and I need new SMT (no, not the spinoff).

Yes and a shame that series has never been more exported out of Japan

ah ah

Yeah I know it stands proudly in my library
Well I managed to finish both the Lunar games for PSX now (just took me a week) and once I played through them I got a tear in my eye as always.
I love those 2 games to death, they're the perfect 2 RPG games I know of.
Alex the Dragon master is super cool and Ghaleon the bad guy is the coolest boss ever.
But every chracter in these games have their coolness.
Lufia is really good but there is moments where Lunar superseeds everything.
MPEG video cutscenes can make wonders to games and if Lufia had been for the PSX and had videos it might have been as good as Lunar

hehe.
I'm so sad this adventure is over but I can't wait til the next time I play these two babies.
Lunar is purely magical.
