The issue i am having is that the movie seems to play randomly it will not play all the time and enabling External Frame Buffer via ini does not seem to work correctly all the time or not at all
UseXFB = True
UseRealXFB = True
^that enables External Frame Buffer and sets it to Real but it does not seem to work 100% of the time
this line is also there above that line
SafeTextureCache = True
SafeTextureCacheColorSamples = 512
no idea why this is even in the ini as there is no mention of it needing this anywhere that i know of, not even the Wiki says it needs anything special like this to work also if you right click the game and click on Wiki it will take you to a Wiki page of the none Plus version of PSO i have already posted a link to the PSO 1&2 Plus in one of my later posts.

Why don't you disable it then and see what happens...

Hint: Missing letters.

Okay that makes sense some games do require this setting to fix missing letters one of them that comes to mind is Tales of Symophina for GC.

To fix this issue hit yes to agree to terms, then hit no on change date. The reason it crashes is because when you hit yes (to change date) it will try to go to the gamecube settings menu.
