i have a windows 7 home premium edition
Processor : Intel® Core(TM i3 CPU M370 @2.40GHz
RAM: 4.00GB (3.80GB usuable)
System Type: 64-bit Operating System

My graphic card is Intel HD Graphics

when i play Zelda Twilight Princess for GC i only run at around 13fps and a game speed of around 35-45%

and ive looked around for awhile trynig all the different option types but i keep getting the same results

im just curious if i buy a better graphics card will i get alot better rusults (preferably around 90% game speed) or is there anything else i can do

*also i use a laptop so if i buy a graphics card can i install it myself or would i have to let someone else do it*

not possible with that notebook

zelda needs above 3.2ghz intel i-serie or phenom II

Changing your GPU is advisable, but getting a new rig will be better if you wish to play more games on dolphin

so...basicly i should get a new processor

That's urban dictionary, where anybody can make a definition. A real dictionary will have a lot less definitions.

You won't find rig's, as is used by most netizen, definition on proper dictionary though. :p
