Just post them. If you didn't touch them, then IR wouldn't be at 1x like you said it was. How hard is it to post the settings? We won't help you if you don't.
Default audio settings are HLE + audio throttle on. If that's the case then his settings are not the problem. And if temperature isn't the problem either then I am officially out of ideas.
Try the d3d11 backend, it probably won't make any difference but it's worth a shot (maybe it's a video driver issue?).
