You can't fix it, you will need to find/make a new save
Check wiisave or gamefaqs.

And like some one said before, I think its related to the "music" sound.

For an example, after I pass the Forbidden Woods Boss, and return to Forest Haven, after the talking with the big gigant tree, theres a music cutscene. In that cutscene I noticed that there was no music coming from the guy that was playing a leaf like a violin (after the cutscene I had a blackscreen)

I tried 3 more times, the one it past through the blackscreen sene, I finally heard the music coming from the violin guy in the cutscene (and some other music instruments also).
I didn't maximize the game window also (I get the felling that somethings the sound gets screwed up when I maximize the game window).
can you upload the savegame after you pass the Forbidden Woods Boss ?

The post you quoted is almost two years old...
You know, all the time you've spent asking for a save could have been spent re-playing the game; you could have beaten the Forbidden Woods by now. Fwiw, you can use Tab or manually turn off Dolphin's Framelimit, then you can play the game as fast as your computer will run it, and that would speed up the process (assuming you can run WW faster than 30 FPS).

If you absolutely wanna use savestates don't forget to make in-game saves regularly. You'll have a save point to start again if your save state is broken
