lock up problem seems solved in JD3 (and JD4) by using Dolphin wii network branch build : http://www.emucr.com/2012/05/dolphin-wii...0-712.html

Great Thanks to jhonn.copperfield, for is incredible trick in making the bug disapear !
Thanks eljuggy

Just be sure that you don't access the Shop, otherwise the game will freeze soon (even on wii-network branch)
hers soothing strange i found. i played just dance 3 duck sauce then dynamite.
duck sauce stayed at 60 to 61 fps and it never dropped. steady.
dynamite went 60 61 57 55 56 and it was very unsteady. I thought my laptop was overheating so i cooled it down. I am USING A COOLING PAD

1 HOUR LATER:

DID THE SAME SONG DYNAMITE AND THE SAME ISSUE. UNSTEADY FPS. BUT SURPRISINGLY THE GAME NEVER CRASHED WHEN I PLAYED THIS GAME OR SONG IT ONLY CRASHED WHEN MY COMPUTER OVERHEATED. SO MY GUESS IS MAYBE PERFORMANCE DEPENDS ON THE SONG TOO

--SPECS--

ACER ASPIRE 5750-6872

Intel i5 2430m 2.4ghz with turbo boast up to 3.0ghz

Intel HD GRAPHICS 3000
15.6inch led lcd screen
6gb DDR3 Memory
DVD SUPER MULTI DL DRIVE
Intel wireless display
6cell Li-on Battery

SHOULD DOLPHIN BE ALWAYS RUNNING ON 60FPS?
If the game is designed to run at 60 FPS, your hardware can handle playing the game, and your system is in working order, I don't see any reason why it shouldn't (aside from forcibly changing the Framelimit in Dolphin's settings).
Duck Sauce has only one dancer. Dynamite has 4 dancers...
More dancers == more processing power needed (like multiplayer in SSBB and Mario Kart Wii)
