Not even TURNING OFF ALL PROTECTION OF MY ANTI-VIRUS,it won't load on, Explorer 9, Google Chrome and Mozila Firefox 7.

The "home page http://www.emucr.com don't load .but the download page load...

Delete cookies.
If that doesn't work Delete all temporary data (except for saved passwords and history of course, no need)
If still doesn't work I dunno srry for loosing your files n' cache

Yeah, I already Deleted all temporary data and still don't load.

Note with and without conected, it the same the emucr don't load NOTHING anymore.

It appears there something that don't leave emucr.com load, but what.

BUT

If I open the emucr with Google Translation ie load.

Try checking your hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) by opening it on notepad and check if you have some reference to emucr.com. If don't work, try setting an alternate DNS server on your system, such as OpenDNS (primary: 208.67.222.222, secondary: 208.67.220.220) or Google DNS Service (primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)...
