Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Like the title...how i can put my dolphin game saves on a real wii??
Somebody can tell me how to do it and where are dolphin saves??
Searching in my wii folders I have only find a lot of game_0.sav, game_1.sav...ecc and a gamedata.bin.
Thanks in advise.
