I noticed that some audio effects seem to be a little delayed. For example in RE Rebirth navigating the menus, the soundeffects for item switiching seem to be just a tad behind the video. Or when you do a roll in Zelda: TP, the sound effects seems to be a little too late.

So I found this:

Is this true? Because I was searching my system for a bug but found nothing so far.
I noticed that the Lag is less with HLE...is this normal or is it my system?

Post your specs. Btw it's a new thread so you should have done it (http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/announcements.php?aid=5):)
Try disabling the audio throttle and set the framelimiter to Auto.

Will do, thanks. Framelimiter is always set to auto though. Just fromatted my PC though so this needs to wait a bit. :/ Is this a known problem anyway?
You running HLE audio or LLE? Most of the time having the LLE helps with audio issues, though I can't be sure in this case as I've not tried the games you're playing.
I testetd both. HLE seems to be spot on, LLE is quite laggy.
Do what Skid told, plus use XAudio2 as audio backend. It works well for me.
