1. install it and run it
2. did you see the status bar with "OK" on the bottom?
3. play dolphin if the slow down occurse watch at the status bar
if the status "OK" is gone and changed to sth "RED" ... your cpu just overheated and throttled down

next time follow my advice
but maybe your gpu overheated ;D
is also visible with realtemp
matter of settings
