Just wondering if i can expect decent performance with this spec & what the optimal settings would be (with the best graphic settings)

Coolermaster CM690 Dominator Black ATX
NorthQ 850W Dual Rail PSU
GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R
Scythe Katana 2 Heatpipe Quiet CPU Cooler
Core i7 920 2.66GHz (o/c to 3.20GHz)
Crucial 6GB PC12800 DDR3 1600MHZ Ram
2x Kingston 250GB SSD
Sapphire Radeon HD 2GB 5870 Toxic

Thanks.
Yes. And the optimal settings depend on the game being run.
Is this what you already have or is it what you're about to buy?

Looking into this configuration and i can say you are a demanding person in terms of what you expect from the relation graphics/FPS, following this reasoning i would say that in some games this realation (graphics/FPS) could be affected because of the 3.2 CPU, but depending on your room average temperature you could go for a 3.8 OC.
