Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

hi im new to most of this and have wind waker emulating just fine
theres one problem
it says memory card in slot a is corrupted and needs to be formatted
if i format it what is it formatting?
my hard drive?
i would like to how to fix the problem or if it is reformatting a file

rig
macbook pro 15 in
4gb ram
2.4GHz intel core 2 duo
NVIDIA GeForce 8600m GT

It's just going to format the memory card file and make it usable. If there is anything on that file that you need to keep, make a backup of it and save it somewhere else.
