I looked around here and i cant find anyone with the same problem I'm having so I'm starting a new thread..

Hope I'm doing this right:
Intel® Core ™ i3 CPU M 380 @ 2.53GHz 2.53GHz
hp pavilion g6 notebook pc
RAM 4 GB
Windows 7 64-bit
Dolphin Version 3 64-bit

I just got dolphin (3.0) and Zelda twilight princess (GC) and the controllers (ps2 controller thats plugged in with a USB thing) and everything working last night.
But now my computer keeps freezing when i have been playing for about 30min-1H or so..
I'm abut 1.5 h in to the game and its already happened 3 time today and ones last night! i tried ctrl+alt+del but nothing happens except ones when i got blue-screen(!!!)

can anybody help me?? I've tried looking for driver updated for my computer but everything seems to be up to date (+ i just got the computer like a month ago...)

has this happen to anybody else? i don't think its my computer thats theres anything wrong whit ..

(sorry if my spelling is a bit of... i*m not an native English speaker.. and i'm dyslectic)

Same here ( tried running dolphin on Intel HD graphic )
Intel HD is weak -> CPU get hotter
Next time make sure you buy a laptop with a dedicated GPU (Nvidia or Ati)
........wtf?

Intel IGPs generate significantly less heat under load than discrete gpus (even a discrete gpu running idle will generate more heat than an intel IGP at full load). And they will not increase cpu load, they will either not effect cpu load or will decrease cpu load by bottlenecking it (thus the cpu will not generate more heat energy either, it will either generate the same amount of less depending on whether the IGP bottlenecks it).

I have a system with an intel IGP that I have occasionally run dolphin 3.0 on for 1 hour+ straight and I do not have this problem.

@rukan
You mentioned you get a blue screen, the next time it happens take a picture of the blue screen quickly so we can see what it says.

It could be almost anything. It could be a driver issue, a memory issue, we have no idea without more information.
i started to think it had something to do with the graphic card or driver or something like that.. so i looked it up on the HP support homepage. and its seems like this is a common thing on HP computers when playing games.. -_-;
they had a few suggestions on how to fix it so im gonna try some and see if it works..
it diden't work ....
pleas help ;_;
is there anything i can do to the settings in dolphin or something? ive been waiting to play this game for like 10 years!

Try building a desktop computer utilizing atleast a 3.2Ghz dual-core or higher CPU. Don't expect to run these games on a laptop unless it's from alienware or falcon northwest.

i dont usually play games on my computer.. but i dont have a TV and i miss video-games..
so i really dont know, but why not?
except for the freezes the game seems to be running fine.. graphics good and the speed is about 90-100% almost all the time. doesn't botter me that much when its a little slow.
im only in the forest temple dough.. will it get slower as i go along?
I would run a memory test if I were you and rule out defective memory first.
