first off all, its the ppl running the damn server i have issues with. i wish it would go back to the state it was in 2005-2006. no retarded shit then (less anyway) and it was run by good ppl.
and it was sarcasm. i was a damn PsoBB GM there untill 2008, i got booted out for some retarded shit. i left the server then.
and imo gc was better balanced cause weapons didn't do as much damage, you get less exp and (good)rares were harder to get.
IF you ever see me in schtserv; it'll be GC and it will be far far far away from anyone

Yeah, back in the days the original owner of schtserv was keeping everything like the original (with perhaps some minor differences, events etc), but ever since it got a new owner (not saying hes doing a bad job) some people became staff, and it got a bit messy. (name changes too much, good thing is that they added more ships)

Have you ever thought, for the sake of the beauty of the game itself, to just play the game, and not worry about the staff etc?
I don't know how far they went with modifying weapon attributes, but I know they raised the xp and droprates at times (and maybe permanently).
And I think its pretty straight-forward, considering that the server exists for quite a while, for people to have most of the rares. But yes.. it can indeed be discouraging seeing someone do like 20x your dmg at the same level.

afaik lee is the only one doing something once in a while if he feels like it and crono doesn't do jack shit.
they also both totally ignore ep3 while there are ppl enough wanting to do the fairly easy scripting of the cards for them. they only need a ship to test it with. but ye, they wont provide that.
also, i can't. i quit because of it and joining the server again makes me notice the small details that are just horrible. i can't, i just can't.
and ye its possible you know me from schtserv since i was a GM there and did my parts on the early reverse engineering of audio & skins
