savestates are truly 99% stable if you are emulating the game with 100%
if the emulator is running unstable and is running between 80-100
the chance rises that the savestate could brake

there are a few more factors like dissorting sound etc...
its not that simple, but overall jeah a 100% running emulation has less problems with syncronisation than a emulation running @ 70%
because the loaded savestatet needs to be sync with all variables
its a snapshot of the current emulator, (if iam not totally wrong)
they work for me 100% of the time as a way to 'save' if I close and restart dolphin, but only 50% best if trying to reload the save while already in game.
