Okay... My Specs is quite poor , i think its not poor. ITS VERY POOR !! I will show you how poor is it..
NOW : (I copied all these from CPU-Z)
CPU - Pentium® Dual-Core 2.5GHz
RAM - 1GB DDR2 333.4MHz
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS

Okay , i decided to change a better components
FUTURE : (These components are recommended by a friend Tongue )
CPU - Actually it is AMD Phenom II X4 955 3200Mhz 3.2GHz , but I'm unable to change it because doesn't match my motherboard, so it is still Pentium® Dual-Core 2.5GHz
RAM - CORSAIR RAM DDR3 VENGEANCE 4GB 1600MHZ CL9
GPU - Sapphire 6670 1G D5
Edit : Try to help me find out should I get a better RAM/GPU to replace the CPU i can't change..
With these ^^^^ components , can i have a better performance? I mean play smoothly like playing using Wii.. Or anyone can advice me a better RAM or GPU? i think i cannot change my CPU because it is old already.. If i wanna change my CPU i gotta change my motherboard.. its out of my budget already.

So , i need your biggest help Smile Hope you understand my broken English..

In my humble opinion you should "SAVE" the necessary money to make a complete upgrade, new "motherboard - Ram - CPU - GPU". Any money you use on your current PC will be a waste.
Not upgrading your cpu would bottle neck you then making any upgrade pretty useless for dolphin. Build a new comp.
Like everyone else said, save up for a new motherboard and CPU over anything else.

I'd like to see you try to use DDR3 RAM on a DDR2 board.
The Pentium Dual-Core E5200 is a VERY good overclocker. If you have a good cooler and a non-OEM motherboard you can get an additional GHz out of it. Mine is enough to play the few Wii games that I own in the 90%+ range.
But of course YMMV... don't hold me responsible. And it probably won't be enough for SMG and SMG2 (I don't have those).

So , the conclusion is i must change my motherboard and CPU in order to get a better gaming on dolphin?

@StupidStories
I am new on these things.. Overclock will be very hard for me , i will COOK my PC afterward..

For DDR3 rams, yes. DDR3 rams won't fit into your current DDR2 motherboard.

Only if you overclocked it too damn high Big Grin

But seriously, overclock a little won't bite you - overclock moderately high with cooler, still won't bite you
After i change those component , will I get a smooth gaming? Or i need overclock it?
Depends on what Wii game you want to play. Some are more demanding than others.
If you upgrade I would stay clear of the AMD Phenom II X4 955. It's a good mid-budget processor for PC gaming but it's not the best solution for emulated Wii games (at least not at stock speeds).
How if i want to play One Piece Unlimited Adventure , Cruise 1 & 2 ? Is it smooth with those component ?
