Anyways, I have an issue with ISOs. I extract them into a certain file and when I get dolphin to locate the file it says that there are still no ROMs or ISOs. (I'm sorry but I seriously have no clue as to what is what). I have version 3 (7719, if this helps) and run a windows 7.
The file is extracted into a folder that has that and that only in it.
I am still pretty new to emulators.
What do you get after extracting?
After extraction, I get a file full of yes, .rar files. They are encrypted, and I assume they need to be unpacked. There IS a note in which contains what I assume are passwords, but they do not work.
I know, call me stupid. But I appreciate whatever you can tell me to do.

Just gather your rar files nothing more
