Here I thought my PC would be fast enough, but it doesn't run quite as smooth as I would like. Zelda Wind Waker runs okay, between 80-100% but that 80 gets a little annoying. Zelda OoT on the Collectors edition ran around a consistent 80-85%, with laggy audio.
Specs below.
The graphics card is pretty bad, but I think you should have over 3Ghz for the CPU, so that'd be throttling your performance even if you had a better graphics card.
It is the GPU. That cpu is fine for WW or Zelda OoT.

I've been fiddling with them all night, but I believe they are all set back to default. (i.e. if it says "check" by default it's checked, likewise for "unchecked")
Well take screenshots of them so I know what they are.
Under Graphics, it say the Nvidia right? Optimus might have chosen your integrated GPU. Right-click Dolphin.exe then Use graphics processor and make sure the Nvidia is default.
