jas23: Generally when someone asks for your PC specs this would be all you would have to list:

AMD Athlon™ II X2 250 Processor @3GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 7025 Integrated Graphics
2GB DDR3

That was taken from your info. If you copy that text to your signature and add it via you user control panel, you will never have to post it again. All that is missing is your Operating System, like Windows XP, Vista or 7.
O ok cool. im using Windows Xp 32bit!
That's a pretty old ass PC you got there.

I would save up for a new PC instead.
The CPU is OK for dolphin, not good but not bad either.

The GPU on the other hand is totally insufficient. You need a decent video card OP. With the budget you gave us:
Quote:The highest card you could buy from nvidia for that much is a GT 440, which should cost about $80. And the best card you can get from ati (in the latest series) is the 6570, which is around $70-80. You could also get a 5670 for $70 which is faster than either of those, that's the best you can do at that pricerange unless someone else can find a better deal somewhere.

Buying one of those will help you a lot.
