Hey, what would be the best settings for Dolphin as far as speed and compatibility in general goes?
Once again
i5 2300 @ 2.9 ghz
8 gb ddr3 1333 RAM
H67 ASUS
EVGA GTS 450
3.0 32-bit currently in use.
Depends on the game. Your GTS 450 should be able to handle 3x IR possibly even 4x IR. Post screenshots of your settings and I'll tell you what to change.
1. Open up one of the settings windows
2. Huit the Print Screen key on your keyboard to do a screen capture
3. Open paint
4. ctrl + v to paste
5. Save it as a .jpg somewhere
6. Repeat 1-5 with every settings window
7. Upload the images to an image hosting site (there are MANY to choose from, I use my photobucket account myself)
8. Post the image urls here inside [img][/img] tags
For example:
Code:

You posted Hacks twice but didn't post the general section of the graphics settings. Also your text looks really weird, have you been fiddling with the cleartype settings?
Turn off Limit by FPS
Turn on Lock threads to cores
Either turn off DSP LLE on Thread or switch to DSP LLE recompiler (depending on whether you want to use DSP LLE or not)
Turn off per-pixel lighting
Set the texture cache second from the right (default position), this shouldn't have a performance hit but may be requires for some games to work right
Turn on openMP texture decoder
Disable external frame buffer
Either set efb copies to ram + enable cache or leave it as it is depending on whether you prefer speed or accuracy
*facepalm*
