You really should read the thread before you post. I already posted a better version that includes all of those tweaks and many more.

Setting them to low seems to fix some of the random crashes people are getting as well as getting rid of the "y acceleration scaling with framerate" problem.

You can fix the x and y-axis sensitivity by going in Skyrim.ini then add the following under [Controls]. (If there is none, make one).
fMouseHeadingYScale=0.0200
fMouseHeadingXScale=0.0200
And use this to limit your FPS instead of vsync. (I don't use it. I like seeing objects fly at 160mph)
But playing at low is even uglier (obviously) -_-. If your pc can handle it, play it atleast at medium or high (Ultra isn't worth it).
Still blocky shadows? Increase the iShadowMapRes to 4096.
@ Your screenshot. Verrona huh? :3 What race/class are you playing? (I'm guessing female breton mage :3)
As weird as it seems, I think it might actually be quite useful xD.
Not sure if there's any poison spells in Skyrim... (Im sure there is in Morrowind)
Or perhaps if there's any mobs that have high resistance to it.

i disabled the shadows in the ini to get more fps. its not like i liked the shadows, or pay attention to them.
and they were glitching out anyway

I can't imagine playing a game like this w/o shadows. Even if it's glitchy... You break the immersion!
What settings do you play at anyway? (Maybe there's something else to sacrifice to keep your shadows
)
