Leave it alone.
Ok.
When i take backup of my memorycard, should i only backup the MemorycardA.USA.raw file onto an external harddrive or should i backup both the MemorycardA.USA.raw and the SRAM.raw file as well?

Only the Mem Card.
Ok, i will test and see if it works with taking backup of the memorycard.
Moving on, i still cannot change resolution in fullscreen, even after pressing alt+enter, the resolution is stuck at the lowest possible, and i am unable to change it to 1920x1200.
I am still getting inconsistent framerates. i have it set to 2x internal resolution, with 9x SSAA, 16x AF, and scaled EFB copy. That's it. The rest of the settings are disabled.
Great. Dolphin.exe just crashed, in the middle of a game. Now i have to start all over in Majora's Mask.
The graphics are good though, but it seems very unstable and unreliable.

What are your specs?
i5 2500k @ 3.3GHz, 2x GTX 560, 2x2GB 1600mhz ram.
I run the game with 2 times internal resolution. I don't have pixel-per-pixel lighting enabled.

OK you got a good system

The crash in Majora's Mask is a "classical" random crash unfortunately you'll have to do with it. Try to save a lot to avoid probs
Thanks.
Yeah the crash happened during the beginning, right before i was about to deliver the Moon's Tear to the deku scrub and get my Ocarina of Time back.
Unfortunately, you cannot save before you get the Ocarina of Time back in Majora's Mask, so i have to start all over from the beginning again.
I started a new game of Majora's Mask and this time im getting an error called:
ERROR: Trying to compile at 0. LR= 00000000.
This is the second time in a row that Dolphin is crashing. Dolpin.exe crashed immediately after. I'm never going to play Majora's Mask if it continues like this.
