the size looks ok but i fear the capacitors will be in the way a bit.
but ill look into it (cause its not a expensive fan)
ive been looking at this too
http://alternate.be/html/product/details.html?articleId=74552&showTechData=true#tecData

Maybe something like that ?
http://www.materiel.net/ctl/Radiateurs_processeurs/28281-CNPS7500_AlCu_Led.html
Very small and efficient (+ you have a fan controller like mine , like i describe earlier )

Such little coolers for such strange cpu like P4 won't change much, maybe temperature will drop about 5 degrees if U'll be lucky and make this "balanced airflow"
thing. If U want some real effect U need really good cooler, which means very expensive, or go for new cpu, or better go for new pc with some new AMD cpu, theese are much colder than Intels. I know cause I had Athlon 64, Athlon 64 X2 and now I'm writing this on Phenom.

I'm not 100% sure this would fit in your case, cause it is fairly big and it can sometimes obstruct things such as the RAM and the northbridge sinks, so its combination of case size and how your system board is set out.
but on the good side this keeps my cpu @40c (idle) and 50-55c (full load) and this was tested after a few hours of running, (my cpu has a 1GHz overclock).
<u>My Fan Config</u>
1x 120mm on front (blowing air in)
1x 80mm on side (blowing air out)
2x 80mm on back (blowing air out)
Well that's my setup and recommendation for you

anyway, ill prob wait for a cpu fan after the case mod cause they all seem to be big not not fitting cause of the ram or electric components on my mobo. and the hight is just *facepalm*
but ok, maybe ill just buy a new stock intel fan cause its a good one and didn't make such noise at start at all (its first 5 years was in a VERY dusty house with negative airflow so im guessing alot of dust IN the fan which i can't reach)
and i had an idea of adding a second 80mm fan in front but i wasn't sure to do it as in front, if i fuck up i have a nice hole i can't fix
in the side panel i can fix it by placing the plexiglass
