Yeah, as you've got an Core i7-2600k, this should help a lot. 4.4 Ghz and you can play all games nearly at fullspeed.

btw: If you don't need HyperThreading, you should deactivate it. HT can decrease the performance afaik.

heck yeah, 5 stars!

I did what you said about the settings, and it's a bit weird, like, in some parts I get around 115fps, but the game is 70% speed, why this happens?

and I can't do overclock to 4.4ghz, with original cooler it can get really hot in 100% of use...

Set the Framelimit to "auto" to avoid this rogue speed.
It's on AUTO...

and I'm not sure if overclocking would help, it doesn't use more than 30% of the processor...
Pls activate "V-Sync" to decrease the FPS rate.
I turned V-Sync on, and the speed dropped to 25% at 60fps
And? runs the game now smoothly?

60 FPS are fullspeed.
no, it runs at 1/4 the speed it should run

here is a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCITFKHtTkA

put 4200mhz, hyper threading off, Vsync on....
Okay, then set the Framelimit to 60 FPS and deactivate "V-Sync".

I thought, V-Sync could help.
ok, I did it, but if I only put 60 there, it doesn't lock FPS, as you can see on this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2j72XPePcqM

If I check "limit by fps" it's worse than Vsync: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0erjtUh0SYM
