Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hello all. I have been trying to learn how to apply patches myself and a few people have recommended learning here first http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/wiki/Windows_Build.
Unfortunately, as you can see. the link people are giving me doesn't work... can someone help me?
I need to learn how to apply these patches so i dont have to keep asking people to do it for me
