in high games like resident evil , super mario , etc

what the best Computer Specifications to run dolphin perfect ?

Nothing runs dolphin perfect. Perfection is impossible. Maintaining fullspeed in all games all the time is also impossible.

Not perfect,like the other guy said,but it will run damn well.

That is, if excluding SMG and SMG2 and some demanding wii games (more like sometimes 90-100% and 50-74%, oftens 75-89% for 3.3ghz).

"almost" perfect (as in speed): 4.5GHz+

this isn't my desktop for this moment its my future pc next week i'll buy it for 933$

Get a 2500k instead of a 2500, or you'll regret it.
