Dolphin x64 3.0, x32 3.0 (yes I have both)
Loads great, startup menus work. However, as soon as you get into your city, you get no graphics or in game dialog/menus, however the terrain does load. You can still interact with the controls, and the sound is perfect. I say "Starts and goes in game, but not playable"

Settings are the same on both 32 and 64 bit builds
