Just triyng some settings and found out two options that make that sound choppy:
PIXEL LIGHTNING and FORCE TEXTURE FILTERS. A activated these two options and the sound became choppy.
Deactivated them and the sound turn normal again.
The most annoing thing now is the screen became all white.
I am having some problem with the graphics...

Happent that sometimes some parts of my body was gone after taking some pieces of armor. Tried to reproduce it in the vid, but didn't happen.
Just solved the white screen problem with Dolphin-r7612_L102_x64_ICC.
I does'nt have 4x Internal but the image quality is the same, without sound / screen bugs, until now (I'm on GAUR PLAIN) (they don't want to mean GAU from FFVI??? rsrsrsrs)
Hello there
It seems that my sounds issues are gone since I activated Force Texture Filtering in Graphics > Enhancements.
I was having some little choppy noises from time to time in some cutscenes, but nothing since then.
Here's my full Dolphin Config (considering that all that appear below is checked and the rest isn't)

Sound is a major problem on mine... I've tried a few versions now, the latest seems to be giving me the best results. Static on HLE, skipping on LLE. I would have thought my system specs would be good. AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.4Ghz, 4GB DDR3 G.Skill, GeForce GTX 460, 32 bit windows. I seem to be getting anywhere from 18 to 25 FPS during the opening bits. Any tips?
Already done all of that, thanks. I wouldn't have asked here if I didn't have to. Regardless, I'm more concerned with the sound.
Tried it with the exact setting of this
post.
Now my experiences:
No crashes (but only about 30 min gameplay)
No crackling voices or soundeffects! But! Background music (really, only the BGM) starts crackling after a while.
Switching to OpenGL stopped the constant crashing for me.
