Just disable audio throttle and run it with frame limit 60? Granted it runs at 120% this way but it seems so natural that it almost feels like the 50Hz it normally runs at is achieved via slowing the original game down.
I think a lot of PAL games are just slowed down intentionally so 120% may be the correct framerate/speed after all, just as frunk said

I've played both versions and everything runs at the same speed as the JP version when the PAL version is running at 120%. I have yet to see something that moves faster than normal. The only downside really is being stuck with HLE which does glitch up on me from time to time, but not often.
I noticed a big difference at the begining of the game, with Fiorung. She runs way much faster, as well as her attack speed.
She's supposed to be really freakishly fast, haha... she was like that in the JP version. Very DPS Rogue-ish type of character.

Yeah you're right! I just ran both versions again. It's a small bit faster, but I had to compare in-game clock ticks with cricket chirps to notice it. With that said, I only started using this method after getting to Bionis' leg, so Fiora wasn't available and I didn't have the chance to notice it, but I believe you now. Even then, it still feels like a more preferable speed to me than the default 25fps =)

The game runs at the same speed no matter if 50 or 60hz. 60hz just increses the image somoothnes and fluidity makiing an overall better experience.

15 FPS vs. 30 FPS vs. 60 FPS ALl the animations are running at the exact same speed.

That's not what is going on here. I've actually noticed gameplay mechanics (the clock, the chain meter depletion rate) that are working faster than intended when the framelimit is set to 60 with audio unthrottled, similar to what Valkyriejin said. Anything related to audio is normal speed, and dialogue hasn't been affected from what I've seen, but there is a change.

Me too lol, but i got sound glitch with 120% speed, even with 110%.

Cause the latest one crashed all the time...
I'm using Dolphin r7676 L102 x64 and...i just got a crash lol I wasn't even doing something (was playing on wii!).
