Your processor is too slow for Dolphin your games will creep... and talking about "downloading games" is not accepted so avoid that

Try to get a better system and it will work (btw your card is not a bad card)
Sur un système plus performant ça fonctionnera (par contre ta carte est une bonne carte)

You'd better get a desktop or a powerful laptop if you really need to have a laptop but "open" yours is not a good idea.
Investis plutôt dans un bon PC ou un portable plus puissant si tu as vraiment besoin d'un portable mais "ouvrir" le tien n'est pas une bonne idée.
