I have connected my Wii remote to my computer and dolphin, then when i go to play a game i cant seem to actually use them, i have my sensor bar on, but i cant point or use any of the buttons, any suggestions?

Sensor bar or not, it's just infrared lights for the camera in the tip of the remote, the buttons should work if you're hooked up to the computer and emulator properly with it.

Turn it off and let it resync, you should get a vibration and the first light on again, then try it on a game again I guess. As long as it said 1 connected in that window for me I've never had a problem. Only time I had crap happen was when windows would load the wrong drivers on trying to sync, that stopped after a reboot or two though and it would never actually connect to fake me out or something.

Ive fixed the problem now, it was the controller, i think it was because it is a 3rd party controller, anyway i bought an official Nintendo one today and it now works. However a new problem has cropped up with Twilight Princess, basically if im using the slingshot it wont fire where the crosshair is is pointing... really annoying.
