I didn't say anything about OCed i5 2500k
i5 2500k @ 3.3GHz or FX 8350/6300 @ 4.5GHz are good enough by today standard

Suggesting a 2500k rather than something like a 2400 even a plain 2500 implies overclocking, otherwise there'd be no point to spend extra money for that "k" if you're not going to overclock.
Dolphin 3.5 Stable -> 3.5 -145 , my CPU can run MK Wii near full speed (50->60FPS)
With latest Dolphin , my CPU can't manage half speed
MK Wii is just "standard game" (a bit toward GPU side )

Ur , no . You misunderstood my point
Stock i5 2500k is "good enough" for most games . You still have to overclock it for demanding games
i5 4670k @ 3.4GHz totally kill i5 2500k @ 4.0GHz

An overclocked 2500k is pretty much in a multi-way tie for the second fastest CPU you could even use for Dolphin, the only thing flat-out faster is an overclocked Haswell CPU. I think your definition of "good enough" is a bit extreme...
My brother-in-law and I talked about this yesterday; the problem is likely not the CPU, but graphics. My graphics are relatively low-end, and, while I have a good amount of RAM, more could always be nice. Im gonna buy a very nice graphics card, some ram upgrades, and then Crysis 3 (the only thing that doesn't meet the minimum for Crysis 3 is Graphics card, so it's more or less celebration). I can run graphically undemanding things very, very well, but graphics card is the lowest point of my laptop, so upgrading it should run everything a fair amount better.

The RAM upgrades are just because. You can never have enough.
Well your brother-in-law would be wrong then. Emulators are the exact OPPOSITE of PC games when it comes to their requirements.

PC games require an uber GPU and a decent CPU.

Emulators require and uber CPU and a decent GPU.

I'm borrowing a Phenom II 920 right now - I bet if I ran the Wind Waker bench with my lowly integrated Radeon HD 4200 I would still end up with better framerates than you're getting. If so, that would demonstrate that your GPU (which is like 2 to 4 times faster than mine) is plenty while your CPU is lacking.

EDIT: Wait, mitch1224 never actually ran the Wind Waker benchmark. >_> Please run that before doing anything else if you can! That will help us quite a bit in determining exactly what is going on.
I have just buy a E3 1230v2, should I turn off the Hyper-Threading?

It already has 4 cores, so it's unlikely that it'd make a difference. Nevertheless, it won't hurt either and may help with turbo kicking in (maybe).

Yes, I think bottleneck is my video card, when playing Zelda TP and select "Copy to RAM", the fps drop a lot in big sence(I use the 2xIR)

Copy to RAM is actually the opposite of using the video card - it would be "copy to texture" in that case. RAM refers to your main computer memory, which is directly influenced by the speed of your CPU and the speed of your RAM.

I know it, but zelda TP is very speical, if "copy to texture" the mini map would be broken(similar to mosaic), Sad
