In light games you could probably use x2 IR max (just a guesstimate)

But I want to run RE remake with no lag, is this possible with the 3570k integrated graphics or I should I get a

The 620 and 430 are the same card.
Get a 6750. That can do 3x native. (1080p.)

If not, just play the games at native until you can afford one. (I think that the HD 4000 should handle native fairly well.)

No, but it's a better value for the money and performs similarly to the GTX 550 TI for about $20-$30 less. (Maybe a 5% performance difference? Wouldn't matter in Dolphin, as both can do at least 3x native, which is 1080p, which is what I assume you want?)

I use a GTS 450, fyi.

The 7750 is not recommended due to driver incompatiblities with Dolphin.
(Meaning glitches and slowdowns and crashes, oh my.)

The 6750 doesn't have these issues.
