How exactly do I get the game off of the disc?Which version of the emu do I download?I see 3.0 and 7690.And how do I set up a 360 controller for use?

3.0 is the latest official version. 7690 is the latest version. 7690 includes newer code that hasn't been thoroughly tested yet (like a beta), it's up to you which version you want.
