i accadently replaced dolphin with a different on is there any way to get my data from my game back

Sorry but if you have "deleted" your previous build then there is nothing you can do, you should make backup up of important data like game saves. The tool in my sig (first link) can make backups of dolphin user data (saves as one file) or you could just use winrar and archive dolphin every so often.
